Work Experience: Eighteen years at sea with last Five years as Chief Engineer in various Indian and Foreign Shipping Companies. Came ashore in 2003 as Fleet Personnel Superintendent for a Singapore based company, worked as a Technical Superintendent in Hong Kong. Left Ship Management in 2007, worked as a Domain Expert for a well-known e-learning company as a Domain expert, then moved on to Simulator design, testing and training. Since 2014, involved in competency and value-added training. A Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineers, former Member of Governing Council of Engineering Council of India, and member, Governing Council of Institute of Marine Engineers India.
