Work Experience: Capt. Sanjay Tikku is a seasoned mariner with nearly 24 years of sailing experience from 1981 to 2005, including 12 years as a Master. His extensive experience spans across bulk carriers, general cargo, and multipurpose ships. In addition to his time at sea, Capt. Tikku has worked ashore for a year in a container terminal and for nine years in vessel operations and training with a major container line.

A Master Mariner from the 1980-81 batch, Capt. Tikku brings over 25 years of maritime expertise. His association with IMI began in 2016, where he has been teaching various competency and STCW courses.
