Candidates Eligibility for MEO Class 1 Preparatory Course :

Qualifying Sea Service :

Candidates who have 12 months sailing time experience after Class II COC on a vessel having propulsion power of 3000 KW or more and total 36 months sailing time experience after class IV COC are eligible to apply.

OR

Candidates who have sailed 2nd engineer for 12 months after Class II COC on a vessel having propulsion power of 3000 KW or more and total 30 months sailing time experience after class IV COC are eligible to apply.
