The minimum eligibility criteria for 12th Std applicants towards B.Tech course:

Age: 20 years or less on the date of commencement of the course.
Education:
- Candidates who have appeared for their 12th standard board exams via an Open Board, the NIOS board or through distance learning are not eligible.
- Minimum Physics-Chemistry-Maths (PCM) marks in 12th Std: 70 % (improvement exam results will not be considered).
- Minimum English score in 12th Std: 70 % (improvement exam results will not be considered).
- Not more than two years difference in the year of passing 10th and 12th exams, respectively.
Physical Criteria:
- Height: Minimum 160 centimetres.
- BMI: not more than 25.
- Speech and hearing ability to be within normal range.
- Eyesight 6/9 unaided and 6/6 with aid and no colour blindness.
Selection Process:
- Computer based test.
- Personal interview.
- Medical as per applicable standards & psychometric tests.
